For over 40 years, the mission of Family Planning, Inc. Quincy has been constant: to educate the community and our patients about taking responsibility for reproductive health and to provide health care regardless of income, race, age, gender or marital status. In 2013, we implemented an Illinois Department of Public Health STD Clinic. Our team of medical professionals are experienced, compassionate people who provide women’s health services, pregnancy tests, help plan for a family, prevent unplanned pregnancy and promote your overall good health and well-being. We do NOT provide abortions.

Our services are very affordable. We accept most medical insurance and have a sliding fee scale for those who do not have insurance. No one is turned away due to inability to pay.

Our History

On June 18, 1973, Family Planning, Inc. Quincy filed its Certificate of Incorporation. Our non-for-profit clinic was established to provide healthcare to low income and the uninsured. This service was initially offered to females. In 2009, the services expanded to include males. In February of 2013, a full Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) Clinic was incorporated to our clinic offering.
