On June 18, 1973, our vision became a reality and Family Planning became incorporated! Today, we share the vision our initial 17 board members had then: educating the community and our clients about taking responsibility for their reproductive health; and to provide quality, confidential reproductive health care, regardless of income, age, gender, race and marital status.
The need continues to grow. For every dollar spent on family planning services, it saves $4 in pregnancy and newborn care. We are committed to helping people act responsibly and stay healthy by offering access to voluntary, comprehensive and sensitive family planning and reproductive health care services.
